Collaborate

We collaborate with people who bring a concrete ocean community need, local mandate, or long-term commitment to stewardship.

What collaboration looks like

The strongest collaborations start with a real constraint: field notes that are hard to share, an archive that needs language access, or a local briefing that must make sense without specialist tools.

A useful first conversation names the place, the people with authority to shape the work, the practical constraint, and what should remain useful after the initial funding ends.

What to include when you write

  • The community or coastal organisation closest to the need.
  • The permissions, safeguards, and local responsibilities involved.
  • The smallest useful piece of work that could be reviewed honestly.
  • The time, skills, or funding you can contribute.
